municipalities and
regions in Greece
and Cyprus
dedicated to
promoting
sustainable mobility
(SM). Through
communication,
engagement and
capacity-building
activities, it ensures
the adoption of the
EC strategy for SM
at the local level,
while it advocates
for its diverse
members at the
National and the EU
level. Focusing on
touristic insular and
coastal areas of low
density, it has
developed tools for
addressing the
impacts of
seasonality aiming to
promote sustainable
tourism.
From engaging
citizens till reaching
out to
policy-makers, in the
framework of
INCIRCLE,
CIVINET will
deploy the most
effective
communication
strategies in order to
get the message
across and pioneer
change in the MED
area.
